Fracking News

If EID is fracking’s Joe Camel, McAleer is fracking’s Bozo

April 5, 2013 By TXsharon

Philem McAleer should give up trying to write anything and just slither back into his hole. Some fracking Joe Camels are clever at twisting logic to make their point but McAleer is not one of those. This week he wrote about the case where a family received fracking’s version of water boarding. Here is what he said in his opinion piece:

In short the documents revealed that they received a substantial settlement even though they admitted, under oath, that neither they nor their children had suffered any medical ill-effects from fracking.

If that’s true, the gas companies that paid the “substantial settlement,”–Range Resources being one of those companies–are monumentally stupid and irresponsible in handing the shareholders money. If it’s so easy to bilk these guys, we should all try it.

McAleer is the same guy who said Lipsky had hooked up his house gas line to his well.

Today a really REALLY great news article was published about some of the missing documents in this case where a family received fracking’s version of water boarding. The document I want to see is the transcript of what transpired in the meeting where the couple received fracking’s version of water boarding. I want to see what was said. I’m finding that reading court transcripts is almost as much fun as reading depositions.

This is actually kind of mean to Bozo.

Interesting that he doesn’t use his new found fame as a darling of the gas industry to promote his previous work that was on climate change.
It was the exact same formula as the current work just different characters and a different subject. The fact that all these years later none of the points made in it have panned out shouldn’t be a deterrent to him and his cult of true believers in promoting that turkey too.

Want to REALLY get under this guys skin? Don’t talk about him.

As I mentioned previously, there’s a night and day difference between ‘evidence’ and ‘admission’. Prisons are full of people that claim they ‘Didn’t do it”. I can guarantee you that there’s not one person serving a prison sentence based solely on his or her ‘admission’.

What if a whole town full of people signed statements to the fact that they were in no way harmed by ongoing toxic emissions from a industrial neighbor? Would that make it true?
