It’s a good hat but I had to modify it slightly. Would you like to drink from my cup? I promise you great riches.
Is it some of that great well water? Our “riches”, might have totaled about $2000ish gross for our 8/10 acre, 1/2 of our land, we would have lost close to $300,000 in devaluation with the pad site 10′ from the property line. Yes, riches, just not in our pocket!
