The Big Gas Mafia was successful in getting local control stripped from Pennsylvania municipalities.
They tried it in Texas last session with HB 3105 written by Representative Keffer.
HB 3105 was written to strip municipalities of the authority to regulate the oil and gas industry with their drilling ordinances.
