Texas Sharon's Bluedaze

Fracking News

Dear, Dear Readers

March 6, 2012 By TXsharon

Thank you!

I just got home from a quick trip to Oklahoma  and I guess it’s a good day because no one met me at the door with a subpoena. I bet you’re wondering what I did in Oklahoma but I don’t think I should say. Sometimes it’s good to hold keep your powder dry.

Get a load of this:

It’s the Chesapeake Energy Village and it goes on and on and on… It’s like a whole city with a several story glassed in gym and you name it. The irony: Whole Foods is across the street.

And this is Devon’s:

I’m not sure. I’m scared to say. What do you think?

Whatever reason you were there, I’m certain it was for the benefit of us all. Funny to see the Chesapeake facilities, so opulent. This country girl is about to lose everything she ever worked for when they place that drill behind my house very soon, but Aubrey and gang are well taken care of. I feel better. NOT!

I’m so sorry! Take lots of pictures and video so we can expose their dirty operations. They love to take reporters and elected officials to model drill rigs but the ones in our backyards are a completely different reality.

Deb, I am so sorry, my heart hurts for you. When I was faced with the same situation, I promised the media 24/7 access with plans to build an elevated bleachers, and a web cam mounted with night vision mounted high streaming their dirty operations day and night. We were one of the lucky fractions who won in Austin, miracle. Get your baselines. Many prayers for you.

That last one sure looks like a lot of Viagra involved. You think their insurance pays for it?

Your thoughts mirror mine. I had heard about it but was not prepared.

I think those boys at Devon are compensating for something.

How do you afford such fancy digs when you haven’t even broke even since ’03, Aubrey? Finance much?

As soon as the earth shifts because of fracking and injection wells, it will come crumbing down…like humpty dumpty.
