Total Lunar Eclipse

December 20, 2010 By TXsharon

A total lunar eclipse will take place beginning at 1:33 EST Tuesday. A viewing guide is HERE.

I hope you can see through the smog. Yesterday the winter ozone was horrible, even way out on the northern edge of Wise County.

Yeah this winter smog is embarrassing… My brother who has lived in Arizona for half a year came home the other day and commented on how disgusting the air looked, in December. Guess what folks this is as good as it gets. I just can't believe the visible changes in our air aren't enough to wake everyone up to how bad things have gotten.

Definately visable….hard to breathe too…the summer will be brutal! They will start fracking in pantego almost across the street from my boy at Bailey Jr High on Jan 3-they go back on Jan 4. how long does the frack last? and isn't it the flow back that I gotta watch the winds and pull him outta school?

Fracking typically lasts 5-7 days. But don't worry, all that white dusty crap blowing is just 'sand'. If my kid were going to that school, and that crap was blowing towards the school and/or I could smell odors, I'd be calling the TCEQ and the news people. Might need to dial 911 if it's bad. (and it's ALL bad)
