Now that there is a bigger majority of Republicans in control of Texas law, watch for more “torte reform” that will make it even harder for victims to get justice.
Be sure to read about how Greg Abbott paid for his career in politics by suing for damages when a tree fell on him. As AG, Greg Abbott passed torte reform so we can’t do what he did.
Aw well, all the judges are Republican anyway so…

Right on with this post! And on top of all that–the courts are all oil soaked and bought off.
dont assume because someone is a republican that they are in favor of irresponsible drilling.
It doesn't matter about party–in Booger they are all Dems–no matter, just as crooked and bought off as if they were Repub! Know it well!
