This is a Infrared Flir video showing fugitive emissions at the Williams Production Compressor Station on Scenic Dr. in Flower Mound, Texas.

If you're curious about the FLIR camera….the camera will be on display at the Oct 26 Informational Meeting at the Tandy Lecture Hall at the FT. Worth Library when we formally announce SHALETEST.ORG.

Wow, this is really amazingly deadly looking. Can't believe they can't see this. I bet they don't live close to any of this.

I was told by someone in Double Oak that Williams does not own an IR camera. They said they are too expensive. I never realized Williams was such a low budget operation.

Take a close look Argyle — Scenic Drive and Jeter Road have few differences. They are Williams' twin assault on our communities and they want more.

Well, Williams profit margins are razor thin, much lower than other operators. I guess they are bad operators AND bad at business. Question, was some of that coming from the tank batteries? It looked like it was but it was hard to tell. I thought the gas in Flower Mound was supposed to by "dry", almost pure methane? At least, that's what all of the operators have been saying.

Yes, there was a steady stream of emissions from the tanks. Methane is a surrogate gas for all kinds of other nasty stuff.

Sandra DenBraber lives in Arlington in the supposed "dry gas" area.

This site on Scenic has been putting off these emissions how any years? I thought Flower Mound had city employees' to monitor this, oh, that's right, they only monitor shrub placement! Who cares about shrubs when methane gas is leaking that could be carrying VOC's. Where do I send funds to support Shale Test? Thank-you for doing this! But again….Does anyone care who can make a difference? Keep up the fight anyway!

Remember back when the Picarro Methane Mapping Van took a tour of this area, Methane readings were off the chart. This site has been a problem for quite some time.

Of course Flower Mound Residents remember the Kleinfelder Air testing fiasco. It was suspected that Williams lawyer had the test results before the town did.

On top of that, most of the testing was done upwind of the sites. It was confirmed by the weather data for those days of testing.

So the tests were done upwind and then the lawyer added a bunch of hot air, nice!

Donations of any amount are gratefully accepted through the website. Shaletest.org. Please help us help you and your neighbors. We all work as volunteers to for Shaletest to do what the TCEQ and TRRC refuse to do, but we need your support. We believe we can use these FLIR videos and testing to pressure the TCEQ into action, and compel the poor operators into compliance-we just don't have the politics to worry about that the suits at the TCEQ does.

The FLIR camera will be producing more videos this weekend. There are many more FLIR videos to come-more that we already have, plus a few more to be made this coming week. Stay tuned to this blog!

Nothing is being done. With all this evidence, it is still putting out emissions everyday in Flower Mound.

Why? Who should be addressing this now with this evidence? The Mayor – Council – who?

The WCEQ is a TxTWO organization. (WCEQ = Worthless Commission on Environmental Quality) (TxTWO = Texas Tax Wasting Organization)
