Friday night blind tasting at Vigne

August 10, 2010 By TXsharon

I know where I’ll be on Friday after work…

Come out to Vigne this Friday or Saturday, August 13th or 14th from 6-8 for our first blind tasting. The tasting sheet we normally give you at the beginning of the tasting will not be handed out until you have finished the tasting. You will get a blank tasting sheet at the start and can compare your notes with ours at the end. The cost of this tasting is $5.00 and may be done in our normal one at a time format or flight format. Victor Andrada will be back Friday night from 6-9. You don’t want to miss him. Check him out at www.myspace.com/victorandrada

A dry or semi-dry riesling goes well with Marcellus…. what do you suggest for Barnett shale?

I have a riesling chilling. I'll save it for you.

For the BS, I like a Merlot.

A full bodied Merlot would go nicely with a load of BS.
