Allison in Wise County looks like Mordor thanks to Aruba Petroleum

July 26, 2010 By TXsharon

I drove out to Allison in Wise County today to visit with several different families. From miles away, I could see diesel and smoke rising up from several different locations. It looked like a science fiction movie.

I got a nice jar of muddy tap water for show and tell.

Here are some flaring pictures and I just heard the venting is commencing again.

I like this next one with the barbed-wire fence in the shot.

I think I might file a PIR for the permit Aruba needed for this flare.
