Complaints against Aruba Petroleum in the Barnett Shale

July 25, 2010 By TXsharon

It appears that Aruba Petroleum chronically violates their Permit By Rule and that other people where Aruba operates are starting to complain about their pattern of recklessly endangering the public’s health.

Here are just two of the complaints filed against Aruba and these complainants were NOT made by the Ruggieros.

How long is a company allowed to operate in this reckless and rogue manner before the TCEQ takes some meaningful action? Is there anyone out there who can answer that question?

This is just the tip of the iceberg- or drill rig, rather. I'm anxious to see through this PIR exactly how many complaints there are against Aruba and the percentage of those times where the TCEQ actually found something or did something. I think what will also be interesting is out of all the complaint filed, how many of them are against Aruba. Boobs.
