Halliburton MSDS Sheets for Range Resources in Denton, Texas

July 14, 2010 By TXsharon

I don’t think this is the entire list of chemicals because there is no breaker (Breakers may contain hazardous constituents, including ammonium persulfate, ammonium sulphate, copper compounds, ethylene glycol, and glycol ethers).

These are the chemicals that will be only feet away from the residents near the Rayzor well. Here’s a little overview but you really need to read each MSDS sheet in it’s entirety.

SUPERSET W, Ethoxylated nonylphenol & Methanol

May cause eye, skin, and respiratory irritation. May cause headache, dizziness, and other central nervous system effects. May be absorbed through the skin. May be harmful if swallowed. May cause blindness. Flammable.

According to the WSJ, Range Resources will reveal the chemicals they use in the Marcellus Shale. It doesn’t say anything about Texas though.

    Let's not forget…

the HOSPITAL. And the PARK. I was wondering on Sunday when I rode past this location: how are they going to get all those people out of the hospital and surgery centers if there's an emergency explosion and/or leak.

The gas companies are crazy stupid in their planning; or lack of planning, I feel is more appropriate.
