The natural spill due to bad weather can't do more harm than RAB sewer treatment plant or all the old septic spectic tanks surrounding the lake! Stuff happens and it just has to be cleaned up!

Can someone explain how you can call this natural? I guess the BP spill is natural also?

Stuff does happen and it does need to be cleaned up. The problem is with these people there is no accountability. As a result, proper safeguards are not in place to prevent accidents. Then when the accidents happen, no one takes responsibility.
