In Texas, you own your land only until someone, some O&G or corporate entity with more money than you have claims your land! Then you loose!!

That's the way it's been and is BUT baybe, just maybe, this spunky Steve fella and his extraordinary victories in various legal battles will help return some of the rights back to property owners. He'll do it through the courts and legal precedences, which in turn could/would influence legislative reforms, esp. with his fiesty state rep. Lon Burnam and sharp state senator Wendy Davis working shoulder to shoulder. The start to ending any abuse is for one victim to have the guts to stand up to the perpetrator and expose the abuse. Old Steve is doing just that, and with the right support this man might just shake up the status quo in terms of legal and property rights.

Well, you can bet that I'm on Steve's side, and want to wish him the best. But you gotta know that these Texas Judges and courts are CROOKED, CROOKED, and bought off!!
