Aruba Petroleum is busy right now digging out the proven toxic contents of the waste pit on the Ruggiero’s land and hauling it off. They will probably “land farm” it on some poor, unsuspecting fool who believes they are getting “fertilizer.”

No regulation regarding the future contents of the waste pit?

Nope. The RRC lets the operators do whatever they want to! No regulation what so ever.

I hear there is a certain new XOM landowner in the area, he could use it to fertilize his horse pasture.

Sorry, unrelated but Carrillo is losing, big. Don't know a thing about his replacement, could be worse, I will need to do research, but hey, maybe next time when an elected offical comes to Austin, ie. an elected Mayor, with a health concern for his/her community, maybe baratting him/her is not such a good idea. Remember the FIRST responsibility of being an elected offical is the safety of everyone you represent, no matter what their views are or what their business interests may be, they all have a right to live in a non-toxic environment. If you can't handle that with an open mind, you shouldn't run under ANY political label.

When they 'Landfarm' the crap, and the grass grows, and the cows eat the grass, better check that good 'ole Texas Steak. See if it glows in the dark before you put it on the pit!
