TX State Climatologist: Rick Perry full of hot air

Three names Texans should remember:

1. Governor Rick Perry
2. Attorney General Greg Abbott
3. Agriculture Commissioner Todd Staples

They filed suite against the EPA to keep Toxic Texas air

Today the Texas State Climatologist said they are full of hot air.

He said he does not “utterly dismiss” the petition.

However he also says the following and the emphasis is not mine:

Update Dr. Kenneth P. Bowman, the head of the Texas A&M University Department of Atmospheric Sciences, writes:

I believe that EPA finding is based on good science, as do all of my colleagues in the Atmospheric Science Department here at Texas A&M.
