WHY? Why has the Texas Railroad Commission allowed these failed couplings, 3 MILLION of them, to remain in place all over Texas? Why is Atomos still endangering Texas lives?

    If they wait to replace these couplings until they are detected as leaking gas, then more people will die, plain & simple.
