Thirty-five years after Congress passed the Safe Drinking Water Act, some regulators and environmentalists say the law is now so out of date that it fails to protect people from the most obvious threats.

This is DISGUSTING!

Notice how industry is “pushing back” to prevent us from having safe water. Sound familiar?

    MTBE is a good example here. Oil companies knew it had fast dispersion properties for 30+ years, yet said little about that at the time. Now we find MTBE in many wells.
