    Are you sure that's just not heat coming out? I can't imagine the nice people at the gas companies telling fibs. Wait! I know what it is! Their new answer to everything…..it's 'just' sand!

    It's harmless VOC's, much different that dangerous VOC's. Anything under the TCEQ do not have dangerous VOC's emissions.
