    Alas, that was quick! Three spills in a week, but back up and running within two weeks. That won't even register on the radar screen. And when will the heavy penalties be due? Probably never, and probably not very much money either.

    i reaad, but in only one report, that cabot was fined 130,000$.
    (didn't say exactly what for or why it was that amount and not let's say 100 times more.
