Natural Gas or Water? Montana Chooses Methane

A judge in Montana overturned rules meant to protect water because they might be a “threat to energy production.”

I thought Montana was one of those “family values” states!

Judge Overturns Mont. Water Rules For Gas Drilling

Drafted by Montana and approved by the Environmental Protection Agency, the rules limited how much salty water — a byproduct of drilling — could enter the rivers.

Unbelievable.

    There's some gathering information to indicate that the so-called "Justice" system may be just as corrupt as other parts of the system like state agencies, etc. Corruption from O&G.
