This video is shocking. It looks like it was totally botched. Is this the norm? I am just thinking of all the pits that will be (and have been) “cleaned up” like this one was. Inspectors can’t be everywhere at once. So basically the gas companies can do what they want. How many chemical spills are hiding underground?
