No Barnett Shale Gas Stays in Texas

February 25, 2009 By TXsharon

I hate to break this to all you folks who remind me that we have to put up with

***** the noise

***** the chemicals that will probably give us cancer

***** the air pollution that will also give us cancer

***** ruined property values

***** EMINENT DOMAIN

***** Pipelines carrying highly explosive gas through your yards

because we need the fuel to heat our homes and turn the lights on…

THE BARNETT SHALE GAS
GOES TO THE EAST COAST AND MIDWEST.

Here’s your map right HERE

And your article explaining the agreement right HERE

And another article right HERE.

You will notice on the map that BS gas doesn’t go to Waha. Devon decided to pay royalty owners based on Waha prices because the price is less that Houston Ship Channel. That way they get more profit when they sell to the end market up east.

We get a whole lot of pollution that we can pay to clean up with our tax dollars.
