State agrees to fine for Ponder water company

Terra Southwest Inc.had five violations and was fined by the state.
“We’ve had trouble with drilling mud,” Presley said. “We’ve had some higher barium counts. They’re still OK, but they [state contractors] are testing pretty regularly for minerals.”
