Woman chains herself to tree to keep XTO H2S gas at bay

FEELING THAT SHE HAS EXHAUSTED every venue, Cynthia Lee chained herself to a tree Tuesday, May 11, 2010 on her property outside of Teague, Texas. She is embroiled in a battle with Robert Coker, of Coker Land Services Company, representing XTO Energy, Inc. XTO plans to drill a gas well that could contain sour gas. Full story next week.
