[…] UPDATE: Just so you know, in case you are new to this issue, when Dr. Al Armandariz was appointed as EPA Region 6 Administrator, the grassroots had a celebration at some restaurant in Arlington. I had never met Dr. Al before so I introduced myself and asked him if I could have my picture made with him.
