Natural gas is not an alternative energy.
Commissioners Williams, Carrillo and Jones seem to think they are industry lobbyists. They continue to call natural gas an alternative energy and now they are promoting the new alternative energy division of the Texas Railroad Commission where they will peddle natural gas as a green energy. Are they confused or are they auditioning for a future job in the industry?

No matter how hard industry tries to greenwash it and not matter how many times the Railroad Commissioners say otherwise, natural gas is just another dirty fossil fuel.
The Texas Railroad Commission continues to misuse our tax dollars to spread propaganda and promote a political agenda that will ultimately harm us all.
In the same article, Ed Ireland, Shill for the Shale, claims that using natural gas in our vehicles will help DFW air.
