“HELP DESPERATLY NEEDED”

September 20, 2009 By TXsharon

If anyone has been following my battle with the TEXAS RAILROAD COMMISSION over the dumping of TOXIC DRILLING WASTE IN “LANDFARMS” and you are concerned it could happen to you, I need your HELP PLEASE.

The TEXAS RAILROAD COMMISSION has stopped all communications with me. I’ve been informed by them that the only contact I have is, Debra Ravel, the attorney in charge of public information under the “Texas Information Act!”

I’ve been fighting for over 7 months now, and I’m very disappointed in my State and Federal governments. I’m 62 years old and living on Social Security. I don’t have the resources to take legal actions and they know this. This is affecting my mental and physical well being.

If anyone has any Information that could be of any help, please, let me know!! Is there anyone else out there that has experienced a LANDFARM NEAR THEM, please let me know. Together, we might have more strength against the TEXAS RAILROAD COMMISSION.

I feel so bad for him as I see our situation in him. He only lasted 7 months at it but look at the toll. If only there was someone to help us, that is why we are trying to be there for each other. If I had money I would fly down and help him! Why would you think for a moment that talking to the RRC would result in any good what-so-ever? It's a waste of time. What a corrupt org. that RRC.

i'm upset by the capitulation already implicit in this statement:
"How can industry ruin people's lives in the pursuit of profit and not have to compensate them?"
HOW CAN INDUSTRY BE ALLOWED TO PERFORM IN ANY WAY THAT VICTIMIZES OTHERS IN THE FIRST PLACE!!!?

(we're not talking the odd accident here… we're talking m.o.)
