Statement of Non Affiliation - Texas Sharon's Bluedaze

I am not a member of any group other than the Texas Populist Caucus and the Texas Progressive Alliance. I have no affiliation with any group in Wise County. Therefore nothing that I post on my blog has anything to do with anyone in Wise County or any political party in Wise County and cannot “destroy” the party (as if that would be my goal or that I have such power)..

The campaigns of statewide candidates, House and Senate and US Senate candidates are of interest to people all across Texas and it is beneficial to expose conflicts of interest, prior voting records and any scandalous behaviors.

I have never been a Republican so I cannot fathom the mindset that wants to hide such things from the public. We all benefit when we hold our elected officials’ feet to the fire.
