Never underestimate the power of bloggers. Since 2000, when much of the mainstream media checked out of investigative journalism, bloggers have broken many of the important news stories. A few that I can think of off the top of my head:
- Jeff Gannon/James Guckert
- Downing Street Memos
- US Attorney Scandals
- Valeria Plame
And here’s another to add to that list:
