    That’s nothing. I was wittness to some of TCEQ’s mobile monitoring which included monitoring for H2S. Of course, they basically found nothing–made wide ranging conclusion of how clean the air was. After pouring through the report, I found a statement contained in the report, something like “0% of the data meets the quality objectives”. WAJ that TCEQ! And of course, the Gasholes use the report to point up to the bought-off locals and say how good they are!
