Arkansas backs off discolsure of fracking chemicals

December 13, 2010 By TXsharon

I knew it was too good to be true when I posted that Arkansas would require disclosure of fracking chemicals.

Check out the sneaky maneuver Arkansas Oil and Gas Commission pulled to disembowel the disclosure rule. Then they were quick to take credit nationally for their “amazing” piece of CRAP!

They all learn from the Texas RRC. The RRC leads the nation in corruption and protection of Big GAS!

Yes Larry "The LoopHole" Bengal made sure that Arkansas got its very own Halliburton Loophole.

What they can now do is claim proprietary chemicals and just say they are using "a biocide."
Well there's LOTS of biocides. Some kill you quicker than others and some don't, they just give you cancer.

Either way its exactly what Wyoming has done and I imagine the drillers are already lined up with their paperwork to claim all their nasty bits as proprietary with the rest of the mix being peanut butter and ice cream.
