Texas Gov. Rick Perry: Let states opt out of Social Security
By Eric W. Dolan

A national survey conducted by the GfK Roper consulting firm found that 90 percent of those ages 18 to 29 considered Social Security “important” and nearly 80 percent of those over 65 considered it “one of the very most important government programs.”

In addition, 80 percent of respondents said contributing to Social Security benefited “the common good.”

Forget about what the people want. Governor Good Hair was just reelected and now he’s in charge.

Obviously putting less money into Social Security will make it stronger. Just like huge tax cuts dont add to the deficit. Republican math.

As Fareed Zarachia said on Bill Maher's show, tax cuts will pay down the deficit = "magical math."

Good hair is a JOKE. He's dangerous to the ordinary citizens who depend upon social security. He wants the state to stop paying social security for it's employees in order to help balance his state debt. Texas is broke under good hair!

The Joke is on us. Did you people not see there was a huge deficit before you voted for Perry? Did you not see the donations for oil and gas? Did you not see Texas is in the last 4 of the states in educations? Did you not see we have one of the higest tax rate in the states? Did you not read the paper or do any investigation before you pulled a straight (R) ticket in Denton County Texas (60% of you)?
