So, XOM gets the clean up bill for the McAllen TX groundwater contamination as well.

I forgot about that horrible mess! But surely you know that XOM is no better at cleaning up messes than XTO. The taxpayers are always the ones who clean up the messes and take care of the health of those affected. Remember that when you are invited to a tea party.

    Here's more on McAllen:

    http://www.themonitor.com/news/gas-12181-mclain-court.html

I've been told an experienced chemist could tell by the chemicals present what kind of facility spilled them. Maybe that's too leading edge for the TRRC.

XOM seems to be heading into Dis-economies of scale:

Something I learned about in Econ 101.

    I've blogged about McAllen once
    or maybe
    twice
    or or more…

XOM spilled 2000 barrels of diesel yesterday. I didn't have the will to post about it. Sheesh. We need a piece of good news.
