As reported by a landowner in the Eagle Ford Shale:
A veteran landowner was approached by Percheron Acquisition and informed that they will take some of his acreage to drill oil & gas wells. He was told that they will not compensate him because “they don’t have to.”
The landowner has vowed to defend his property from all threats.
There is no need for and no excuse for this kind of bullying.
