This sure looks like venting but Gil Brujano, P.E., Assistant Director Technical Permitting, Oil and Gas Division, Texas Railroad Commission, said at the Denton Town Hall meeting that venting is not allowed in the Barnett Shale, which doesn’t make any sense because I found an Exception Document. I wonder if Aruba filed one of those Exception Documents.
