RRC Michael Williams Paid Protector of Oil & Gas and Utility Companies

October 23, 2007 By TXsharon

Follow the money! But, it’s not only Michael Williams, read on…

Thanks to Capital Annex for taking the time to comb through the recent report filed by Michael Williams. Capital Annex findings:

In a recent report filed by Railroad Commissioner Michael L. Williams’ campaign PAC with the Texas Ethics Commission, you are hard pressed to find donations that don’t come from oil and gas providers and utility companies, including the Chairman and CEO and Chairman Emeritus of TXU.

And, over the years, Atmos Energy’s political action committees have given thousands of dollars to RRC Chairman Michael L. Williams, and RRC Commissioners Elizabeth Ames Jones and Victor Carrillo.

If, We the People, could only afford to have paid protectors, then…

maybe there wouldn’t be so many “Wasted Babies®“…

maybe DeBarry citizens could bath or have a drink…

maybe RRC inspectors and utility company inspectors would have a better sense of smell…

maybe the RRC would force Atmos to take action instead of studying while more Texans die…

maybe our elected officials wouldn’t try to sell us down the river…

maybe oil companies wouldn’t get away with lies…or need deceptive advertising…

maybe Texas wouldn’t have the 4th worst water or the worst, cancer causing air…

maybe there would still be water left for our children and their children…

if only We the People could afford someone to protect us.

NOW, will somebody investigate these wretched bastards or, do we have to dig out YOUR reports and fine comb them?

“Wretched Bastards”. In the spirit of the Boston Tea Party and other public displays of Protest against Tyranny, Please, Please, Please demand an investigation!

“It is not enough to understand, or to see clearly. The future will be shaped in the arena of human activity, by those willing to commit their minds and their bodies to the task. Few will have the greatness to bend history itself; but each of us can work to change a small portion of events, and in the total; of all those acts will be written the history of this generation. “
